About Cascade Communications

Cascade Communications is an award-winning consultancy based in Soho, specialising in PR and public affairs for clients in property planning, development and construction. It was founded in 2011 by Emma Waterfall and has proved its mettle since, growing in revenue and size year after year. Cascade is now made up of a team of expert consultants from diverse backgrounds in politics, consultancy and in-house PR. The dynamic team offers a personal, bespoke service for clients looking to build relationships with local stakeholders including politicians, news organisations and communities.

Working with high-profile clients such as Sainsbury’s, British Land and Berkeley Homes, Cascade specialises in growing public reputation organically through clear and direct communication. The consultancy’s proudest accomplishments include helping to gain planning consent for several phases of the Battersea Power Station re-development and two of London’s tallest new towers in Vauxhall, as well as conversion of London’s iconic Star and Garter on Richmond Hill. Cascade has also worked on an array of smaller projects, diversifying its expertise through engagement with religious building regeneration and sports team advertising, to name but two examples.

2016 was a significant year for Cascade Communications, seeing the consultancy host its fifth birthday party, move to new Soho offices and achieve planning consent for developments worth over £1 billion in London. Looking forward, Cascade aims to continue to broaden its client base while maintaining its reputation for delivering results through comprehensive communications campaigns.
